The future of food is about more than eating three meals a day. It’s about regenerative practices, technology, nutrition and IMPACT. The impact of our food sources can be tremendous. But too often we dont know or we dont see this impact because our food is produced far away from us and by the time we buy it in a supermarket it has little to do with the original ingredients. We want to change that and we believe information is a key step for all of us as consumers to be able to understand our food impact and make good choices about what we eat.
