You can also uninstall Avast Secure browser through the Control Panel. To do this, open the Windows Settings app and select “Apps and features” in the sidebar. Select Avast Secure Browser from the list of installed programs and then select Uninstall. Click “Yes” at the subsequent prompt to confirm the removal.
Once the uninstaller has finished removing Avast Safe Browser, you will be presented with an ad-hoc message asking if your browsing history should be deleted. Click “Yes” to proceed.
